Our Principal Director - Vanessa Lamming BFP ACA (ICAEW)  CA (SA)
Vanessa is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of South Africa.  She is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA CA)and a Business & Finance Professional (BFP)

Vanessa qualified in South Africa  and completed her training with Deloitte & Touche. In 1995, immediately after qualifying she moved to the UK. 

Vanessa started her UK career  in the Channel Islands, with the boutique trust provide Morgan Grenfell. She remained with the company through its merger with the Investment bank, Deutsche Bank, where her investment banking career started. 

At the start of 2012, Vanessa branched out to set up Onshore Consulting - a company focused on providing quality accounting and taxation services to individuals and businesses.
She brings with her years of business, accounting and tax experience. Her friendly, approachable manner are an asset to the company. Clients are made to feel welcome and relaxed in their accounting and taxation requirements.

She also provides that added extra of being able to offer clients the highly respected and sort after Financial Director service.

The Onshore team is driven by Vanessa but has a support base of loyal staff including Chartered accountants and bookkeepers.
